Ode to Joy is probably Reuben's all time favorite piece to play. It can be played in so many ways, which is why he has it on virtually every one of his recordings in some form.
This arrangement takes Beethoven's melody out of a strict 4/4 time signature and puts it in a more relaxed swaying or rocking motion in 3/4, 4/4 and 2/4. (don't try to dance to this one it will trip you up.) It is a soothing rendition of the strident exciting Ode to Joy that we are so used to hearing.
You will hear this piece arranged in yet other ways in future recordings I am sure.
